note O2+	Dehmer 1975 give the ion-pair threshold for O2 as 139312.6 +- 9.7 cm-1 from J=1. Here it is assumed that J=1 refers as in Tonkyn 1989 to F2 J=1 (which is the lowest J=1 existing). This level is calculated from constants in Huber 1979 as 2.875 cm-1. The lowest existing level is F3 J=0 at -1.0857 cm-1 or -1.094 cm-1 as calculated from the same constants (see note O2). From this it results that the true threshold is higher by 4.0 cm-1. However, Cosby 1992 takes DeltaE(J=1,J=0) as 0.99 cm-1, rather than 2.88 cm-1.
