note O3a	Clyne 1965 reports a rate for O + O2 + Ar -> O3 + Ar from 188 to 373 K as 8.9e1112 exp(1800 +- 400/RT) cm^6 mol^-2 s^-1 and compares to previous measurements, particularly higher T measurements of decomposition of ozone. From these they find support for DHf(O3) = 33.7 +- 0.2 kcal/mol at 298 K and find that the JANAF value of 34.1 +- 0.4 kcal/mol is too high. Gurvich TPIS quote this as 141.0 kJ/mol (33.7 kcal/mol).
