Engl. translat: J. Appl. Chem. USSR 47, 667 (1974)
Note: Abstract: Isomerization of mixed CH2:CCl2 (I), cis-ClCH:CHCl (II), and trans-ClCH:CHCl (III), over NiCl2 or BiCl3-c or in the dehydrochlorination of ClCH2CHCl2 gave the following equil. mixts. (% I, % II, % III, and temp. given): 16.9, 49.3, 33.8, 400°; 13.2, 54.8, 32.0, 240°; 11.5, 57.8, 30.9, 174°; -, 78.1, 21.9, 50°; -, 80.8, 19.2, 25°. The heats of isomerization of I to II and I to III were -1320 and -840 cal/mole, resp.; the heat of isomerization of III to II was 480 cal/mole. The heats of formation of II and III were detd. at 298.15 - 1500 K.
