note acetone	Trott 1978 reports AE(CH3CO+/CH3COCH3) = 10.52 +- 0.02 eV from a sample cooled by expansion; T is unknown; the internal energy of acetone is 0.057 eV at 200 K, 0.038 eV at 150 K, 0.022 eV at 100 K, and 0.008 eV at 50; value has been increased by 0.03 eV and so is the uncertainty, thus covering an additional span of 0.00 to 0.06 eV
