note O2c	Martin 1997 gives the ion-pair threshold for O2 as 139319.1 +- 0.7 cm-1 from N=1 J=2. That corresponds to F1 N=1 calculated from constants from Huber 1979 to be 1.006 cm-1. The lowest existing level is at -1.0857 cm-1 (see note O2), and hence the ion-pair threshold is higher by 2.1 cm-1.
