note CH2	The value of 3156 +- 5 cm-1 of Bunker 1986 is, according to the author, in error and has been superceded by 3147 +- 5 of Jensen 1988 (A, Csaszar, private communication). Accordingly, the uncertainty has been widened to +- 15 cm-1.
